Leadership institute for transformation and social change advocacy (Intscha.com) is a pro-poor, youth oriented and membership driven organisation that seeks the emancipation of communities especially the young men and women from sector based poverty through capacity building, information dissemination, entrepreneurship skills development and issue based advocacy. The organisation was founded in 2008 and registered as a trust in 2008 under the PVO act (Reg No...). Instcha.com is isiNdebele and it refers to the youths. The organisation is deliberately designed to respond to the needs and issues that affect the youths within communities and areas of operation.
Intscha.com’s approach to activities and community building is rights and demand based and highly participatory. It seeks to respond and adequately address community challenges in consultation and full participation of the afflicted communities.
The organisation operates in the western suburbs of Bulawayo where the level of marginalization are high. Marginalization of communities in the western suburbs of Bulawayo, Matabeleland North and South is mostly a direct and indirect result of the internal or external political, social and economic dynamics of the country. In that regard, the organisation empowers the communities to effectively and actively advocate for the creation of sustainable and meaning platforms, processes and structures that will be effective in addressing the issues at a community level.

Mission Statement

· Create a platform to ensure meaningful debate and dialogue within communities
· To promote a sustainable access to information through utilization of social networking sites like Facebook, twitter and blogs.
· Build the capacity of the youths within communities to actively participation in development processes.
· Create sustainable and functioning networks with like-minded organisation to ensure a coordinated approach to issues.
· Create and manage communication strategies with the leadership at community to national level on socio-political relations.
· To enhance the participation of youth in local government structures and processes.
